What if a product is unavailable?

What if I can not see a price of a product?

In case the price of a product is not displayed that product may be available to order. The price will be quoted based on your requests. For any help please contact us.

Rahi accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard ®, Visa ® and American Express®.

Packaging:

All Rahi pieces purchased online are carefully and uniquely hand-wrapped and delivered in a signature Rahi gift box, with an option of writing your personalised messages for your loved ones.

Modifying or cancelling orders:

Our policy lasts 24 hours for items that are custom made or made to order. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you the chance to cancel or modify the order, this is because our jewelry pieces are custom-made to order, and once the production starts we can't cancel, modify or refund the order. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All Customized Jewellery cannot be returned. To complete your return within the first 24 hours, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Exchange:

Orders can only be exchanged or refunded in the case of craftsmanship/ manufacturing defaults only. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 5 days after delivery. However, the jewellery must not have been worn, or altered, and must be returned in its original condition. Please contact our team for any questions within 05 days of purchase for any exchange. Please make sure your size is correct before placing the order, you can check our size guide and in order to avoid complications in the future.

Refund:

Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What does the warranty cover?

This warranty does not cover damage to Rahi jewelry branded products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice.
