Returns & Exchange Policy
All custom made orders, including size changes and engraved pieces, advance orders are all non returnable and non refundable.
Please make sure your size is correct before placing the order, you can check our size guide in the website.
Orders can only be exchanged or refunded in the case of craftsmanship/ manufacturing defaults only.
Refunds may be recovered if the item is unavailable or not delivered after 4 weeks of the deposit. Provide that this is not communicated and agreed with the customer before.
Exchanges can be done with another item of the same value or higher. Customised items cannot be exchanged.
Cutomers will be given a voucher with the remaing amount to be used within 6 months of their purchase or their next purchase.
Jewellery must not have been worn, or altered, and must be returned in its original condition.
Faulty items will only be inspected and accepted only if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 4 days after delivery. Please contact us within this period after recieving your order.
Items refunded are subject to bank charges and payment gateway charges which will be deducted from the amount paid.
